1- Student of the Year 2
Student of the Year 2 broke all the records for Karan Johar. Successor to his Student of the Year had no purpose other than showing an unrealistic school and launching star kids on a bigger platform. The love triangle between the three leads, Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Pandey, makes no sense and garners a score of 6% on Rotten Tomatoes.
2- Love Aaj Kal 2
Who could have imagined Imtiaz Ali directing a disaster of this level after creating some of the best-written movies in Bollywood? Love Aaj Kal 2 is the sequel to Ali’s Love Aaj Kal and stars Karthik Aryan and Sara Ali Khan in prominent roles. The movie had nothing new to offer and was built on the same premise as the prequel. It has a score of 20% on Rotten Tomatoes.
3- Dabangg 3
Salman Khan’s Dabangg franchise had only one goal of fan servicing the action loving hardcore fans of the superstar. The 3rd instalment in the series followed the same old story of ASP Chulbul Pandey going against the hardcore criminals on his own. The same old repetitive story received heavy criticism from both critics and objective fans. It has a score of 20% on Rotten Tomatoes.
4- Housefull 2
It still puzzles us how the movie became a hit on the box-office. The torturous comedy featured an ensemble cast, including Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Zareen Khan, Ritesh Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez and Asin Thottumkal. Even the comedic geniuses Akhsay and Ritesh could not save Housefull 2 from becoming one of the worst Bollywood movies ever. The film has a score of 14% on Rotten Tomatoes.
5- Humshakals
Another disaster comedy from Sajid Khan that gets confused in the storytelling. Saif Ali Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh played triple role in this movie that delivered the misery triple fold to the audiences. It has a score of 17% of Rotten Tomatoes.
6- Ram Gopal Varma ki Aag
A list of worst Bollywood movies is incomplete without this masterpiece from Ram Gopal Verma. The movie is a remake of superhit Sholay and casts the protagonist Amitabh Bachchan from the original film as the antagonist to multiply the torment on Indian audiences. The film has a score of 9% on Rotten Tomatoes.
7- Himmatwala
Sajid Khan makes his return on the list with another masterpiece that he created to distress the audiences. The film is a remake of Jitnedra’s hit Himmatwala and features Ajay Devgn and Tamannah Bhatia in the main roles. It has a score of 21% on the Rotten Tomatoes.
8- Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani
Almostb all of us have watched this movie as a guilty pleasure due to the ensemble cast that it features. The movie stars- Sunny Deol, Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Manisha Koirala, Sonu Nigam and Armaan Kohli in lead roles. Critucs have called the movie a joke with the worst plot in Bollywood history. It has a score of 0% on Rotten Tomatoes with more than 100 ratings.
